Select Explorer

The four-star MS Select Explorer was built in 2001 and is an elegant river cruise vessel. Passengers can enjoy a wide range of services: relaxing in the lounge, fine dining in the panoramic restaurant, or enjoy the passing scenery from the sun deck.

The 125.5 m long vessel combines spacious comfort with an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The ship features 85 cabins across three decks allowing for a maximum of 170 passengers. Feeling sporty? The ship is also equipped with a fitness area. The MS Select Explorer has all the elements and flexibility to ensure an unforgettable journey.

The ship offers five cabin types – all of which are spacious and well-appointed. All cabins have outside views, climate control and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, cabins include a phone, TV, safe and hair dryer, plus the suites have a mini bar.

Cabins

  Standard Cabin

  Standard cabins are located on the lower deck and feature two small viewing windows and twin beds, which are folded away during the day. The standard cabins are 14m² and include a small desk and a chair.

  Comfort Cabin

  Comfort cabins are located on the middle deck and feature fixed windows and twin beds that are folded into sofas during the day. The comfort cabins are 14m² and include a small desk and a chair.

  Superior Cabin

  Superior cabins are located on the middle deck and feature opening panoramic windows and twin beds that are folded away during the day. The superior cabins are 14m² and include a small desk and a chair.

  Deluxe Cabin

  Deluxe cabins are located on the upper deck and feature a French balcony with sliding door and a hotel standard bed. The deluxe cabins are 14m² and include a small desk and a chair.

  Deluxe Suite

  Deluxe suites are the highest standard cabins aboard the MS Select Explorer and are located on the upper deck. The size of the deluxe suites is 21 m² and they are equipped with hotel standard beds. These spacious suites on the upper deck have a mini bar, French balcony windows and feature a desk, chair and seating area.
