Unsure of how your bookings will go for the coming year? Not to worry, as we also offer non-committed, flexible allocations, which allow you more flexibility when selling to your clients.
Non-committed allocations are based on an estimation of how many cabins you require for the season, per ship and per cruise. We then provide the conditions of sale in a mutually agreed upon contract, which includes the right to give back cabins usually up to four weeks prior to the cruise departure, and most importantly, without a financial burden. Fourteen days prior to the departure the payment must be made in full, accompanied by a final passenger list. A deposit is not required.
To ensure that our bookings are properly managed, we ask tour operators to send our reservations department a weekly update prior to 12:00 on Monday, based on your respective weekly sales.
